Main Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Partners Team (a.k.a. supportive PMO) and ensure the achievement of team strategic goals.
- Oversee PMO operations, implementing established frameworks, and developing comprehensive training programs to ensure project execution aligns with strategic objectives, company culture and industry best practices.
- Manage the project portfolio, aligning project initiatives with strategic objectives and resource capacity.
- Work closely with stakeholders: Foster collaborative partnerships across the organization, ensuring alignment, engagement, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead a dynamic range of projects from business process initiatives or changes to new systems implementation.
- Train and support stakeholders and teams: Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders and team members, ensuring they understand project management, processes, and systematic ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to find out how they can be improved or automated.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years in project management and leadership roles, coupled with at least 1 year in process management.
- Experience in PMO operations leveraging established frameworks and comprehensive training programs.
- Expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels: Proven ability to engage, support, and influence stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships to drive project success.
- Knowledge of process mapping: Experience in analyzing and mapping business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and passion for what you do.
- Ability to think strategically and methodically but execute flexibly.
- Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to manage business issues.
- Hands-on and self-leadership attitude.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a very dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 4470-5960 EUR/Month.
