Senior Product Legal Counsel

Main Responsibilites
- Provide daily legal advice on various commercial, marketing, and regulatory law issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (direct sales, indirect sales, marketing, software, technology, and other vendor agreements, etc.).
- Research and evaluate legal issues and risk factors and provide strategic advice to businesses.
- Provide business-oriented practical advice and risk mitigation strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Create and maintain standard form agreements and establish processes that minimize the need for extensive legal support in handling routine tasks.
- Keep up with market developments, proactively contribute ideas, and work closely with other lawyers and internal stakeholders.
Core Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law.
- 5+ years of relevant experience (experience with tech sector would be an advantage).
- Good understanding of commercial and marketing law.
- Knowledge of IP/IT, software regulatory and data protection laws would be an advantage.
- Ability to provide and coordinate legal guidance across a wide range of legal issues in various jurisdictions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Exceptional time management, task ownership, and prioritization skills.
- Being a good team player but also able to work independently.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 4960 – 6120 EUR/Month.
